The launcher options still allow the game to be forced to run on a single CPU. However, being that the game is generally CPU bound, and that OS/driver support for multiple CPUs has improved since then, the game now uses all processors by default.

Please make sure you have write permissions. localdata Uses the game directory, instead of 'Documents', for configuration data, save games, etc. New command-line options -skipdialog Skips the launcher dialog and immediately starts the game.
